Revenue is before your costs of doing the work. Based on 4.3 weeks a month and total spend of $1,897 a month: the $997 Lead Engine fee plus a $30/day ad budget (about $900).
If this system doesn't put 10 booked appointments on your calendar in your first 30 days, we keep working at no management fee until it does.
Your side of the deal: keep $30/day of ad spend running and send your clips on time. On Lead Engine, answer new leads within 5 minutes during business hours. On Accelerate, our AI answers instantly and you reply to handoffs the same day. That's it.
1. Guarantee. It's a service remedy, not an automatic cash refund. If we miss the target, we keep managing your campaigns at no management fee until you reach 10 bookings. If you still haven't reached it after 60 days, we refund your first month's management fee. The AI setup fee and ad spend are not refunded.
2. Ad spend. Separate from our fee, paid directly to Meta from your own account, never to us. It's never refunded. Dropping below $30/day voids the guarantee.
3. Refunds. Management fees are non-refundable once charged, except where the guarantee applies or the law requires it.
4. Cancellation. Give written notice by email to info@under7ake.net at least 24 hours before your next billing date. It takes effect when we receive it. You keep service through the period you've paid for, and partial months aren't prorated.
5. Contract. Month to month. There is no minimum term. Cancel any time using the notice in section 4.
6. Territory. One detailer per city, starting from the day you sign.
7. AI setup. Accelerate includes a one-time $350 AI setup fee, billed at the start and non-refundable. It covers building the AI for your business: your services and prices, your service area, your calendar and the booking flow.

No. You pay Meta directly, as little as $30 a day, from your own ad account. We never touch your ad money, and you can see every dollar in your account.
On Lead Engine, you do. New leads come into your messages, and you follow up and lock in the time, so replying within 5 minutes matters. On Accelerate, our AI system replies first: it quotes your services, checks they're in your service area, offers an upsell if you have one and sends your booking link. If a person is needed, it hands the conversation to you.
As many as it takes. We test new creative and replace what stops working. You don't pay per ad.
