What we collect. When you apply through this site or a related landing page, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, and details about your business and ad spend that you choose to share.

How it's used. Your information is used to review your application, contact you about working together, and — if you become a client — to run and manage your advertising campaigns. It is never sold to third parties.

Text messages (SMS). If you provide a phone number, you may receive text messages related to your application, a booked call, or — if you become a client — updates about your campaign. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

Third-party tools. This site uses standard tools to understand how it's used and to track ad performance, including Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. These tools may use cookies. No personal data collected this way is sold to third parties.

Data retention. Application and client information is kept only as long as needed to provide services or as required by law, and is deleted or anonymized after that.

Your rights. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing julio@under7ake.net.

Using this site. This website and its content are provided for general information about Under7ake's services. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of specific results outside of what is explicitly agreed to in a signed services agreement with a client.

Applications and calls. Submitting an application or booking a call does not create any contractual obligation. A working relationship begins only once a services agreement is signed by both parties.

Service terms. The specific terms of any engagement — including pricing, deliverables, and any performance guarantee — are set out in that client's individual signed agreement, not on this website.

Intellectual property. All content on this site, including text, design, and branding, belongs to Under7ake and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability. Under7ake is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Changes. These terms and this privacy policy may be updated from time to time. The version posted here is always the current one.
